How to use
Soak your venik in warm water for 20 to 30 minutes before your session. For a deeper aroma, pour a small amount of the soak water directly onto your sauna stones. Once inside, gently sweep and pat the venik across your body in slow, circular motions — working from your feet upward. The steam trapped in the leaves transfers heat to the skin, boosts circulation, and opens the pores for a deep, full-body cleanse. Rinse with cold water after your round to lock in the benefits.
Each venik can typically be used multiple times when properly cared for. After your session, hang it to dry in a well-ventilated area to extend its life.
